We use the latest technology in painting lines in the world with UV (Ultraviolet) lacquering for doors and non-scratch furniture using environmentally friendly Italian materials as they are in-odorous and free from any petroleum contents.

We have constantly been investing in automation as we have now reached a capacity level of 4 minutes for lacquering one face of a flush door with all of its processes and have it completely dried instantly.

We offer to our customers the opportunity to determine their target price for their product and we do the reverse engineering of finding the best way to manufacture it while maintaining the right level of quality and durability.

We hold various certificates including ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental management and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety.

We hold certification of manufacturing Fire Rated Doors using German materials with compliance to the British Standard no: BS476, and American Standard no: UL10c, for all fire resistance levels from 20 FD up to 120 FD. The end product carries a label as a grantee from Intertek for each door.
